Before focusing on immigration law, she worked in the mass torts settlement division, handling pharmaceutical and medical device claims at Potts Law Firm. Amber earned her J.D. in 2014 from Mississippi College School of Law and her B.S. from Sam Houston State University, magna cum laude, in 2010. She has held internships with the City of Houston Legal Department, Mississippi Volunteer Lawyers Project, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
